The Runtime Meal combines major ingredients of a biohacking cuisine: Isomaltulose raises the blood sugar level slower than the usual suspects (sugar, fructose, and others). This makes it the perfect distributor of fuel for your body.
The combination of whey protein and BCAAs provide not only important building blocks for muscles cells and the immune system but also facilitate the conversion into glucose if extra energy is needed.
MCT plays two roles. In the first place it delivers valuable medium chain fatty
acids which can be transformed into ketone bodies. At the same time the fatty acids facilitate the bioavailability of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K.

Can I mix it with something other than water?
Of course! Especially any form of milk adds some extra flavour into the mix. Our internal favourite is almond milk.
When should I use it?
There is no wrong time to use it. Whenever you feel hungry and want a full meal, go for it. If you just want to have a small snack in between meals, use half a pouch and you’re good to go.
Isn’t this just another protein shake?
No. The Runtime Meal is a full meal, rather than just a simple supplement. It does include proteins, on top of a slew of carbs, vitamins, minerals and more.
How often can I drink the Runtime Meal?
As often as you like. We do suggest though to make it part of a well rounded diet.
Is the Runtime Meal Vegan/Gluten Free/Lactose Free?
